TLP Pershing #K046 Build, Part 48, Testor's Model Master Paint! TIP

A post featuring a paint can?
This paint is that important.

And the weiner is -
The single, small 3 oz. can of Testors Model Master paint was enough to paint the entire LARGE Pershing model! There is probably enough left to paint the cardstock charge retainers after the U.S. ARMY name is applied.
It's opaque and being a flat finish it blends and feathers in well. Very smooth and forgiving.

I had reservations about spending too much on the 3 oz. small can. But using the 40% off coupon at Hobby Lobby brought it down to an affordable price. Retail is around $6.00, 40% off brings it down to $3.60

My previous experience tells me this hobby paint is probably the best out there!

Manufacturer recommendations:
* Shake can vigorously before using, reshake often and use at room temperature.
* For best desired results, test product first.
* For best results, spray in even strokes and do not stop painting in the middle.
* To avoid wrinkling, recoat within 3 hours or after 48 hours.
* To clear valve after use, invert can and spray several seconds; if nozzle clogs, clean with thinner.
